Characteristics of R1TITAN

R1TITAN prepares made in Japan titanium materials, processing titanium sheets of optimal thickness to the diameter according to the main pipe, and polishing the pipe. A polished 50Φ to 100Φ titanium pipe manufactured only for R1TITAN mufflers is completed.
The titanium pipe is cut according to the design drawing, set to a jig manufactured exclusively for the model, and carefully assembled one by one. Welding is easy to keep an eye on, but in order to maintain strength and beauty, it is essential to cut the pipe at a set length and angle and make the connection surface optimal. The reason that the flanges and welds of R1TITAN are strong is that all the connected surfaces are treated in an optimal condition, which keeps the strength and makes welding more beautiful.
At the same time, we create silencers and tail ends specified by the customer. The polished titanium material is further polished for a mirror finish. Then, I will add a baked color only for R1TITAN. The main silencer is also baked and processed at both ends after mirror finishing.
After inspection as a member, the polished main pipe, the thick titanium flange, the main silencer, the tail end, the titanium stay, and all titanium parts are assembled and completed by welding.
